Born and raised in France, this young chef starts his cooking training at Ferrandi Paris, one of the most prestigious culinary schools in the world.

He trained with some of the best French chefs, with Eric Pras at Lameloise (3 Michelin stars) or Jean Louis Nomicos (One Michelin star) and Anthony Hamon at Cezembre (Chef of the Future award 2017)
